The title says it all really.
It's completely uninhabited. No player structures at all.
The Class 3 system has two static wormholes, you will always have a high sec exit and a link to a class 4 system.
If you're not familer with w-space this basically means you'll have class 3 sleepers, ore and gas at your doorstep and constant acess to the class 4 equivilent!
I've parked an alt in this system and will consider offers over the next week. If the vague 'reserve price' I have in mind isn't met I may just keep track of the system for future use myself.
I'll also be happy to provide any infomation on w-space living you may require.

Wormhole info wise, it does have an enviromental effect, Red Giant.
So,
Heat Damage +22%
Overload Bonus +55%
Smart Bomb Range +55%
Smart Bomb Damage +55%
The J number system name I'm gonna withhold from the public boards but I'm happy to provide it in game so you can look it up on dotlan etc.
Payment will need to go through a trusted escrow service obviously for both party's security.

I've got an escrow lined up now. In terms of ending the auction I'm gonna say that once 24 hours have passed without a bid, the system is sold.

The guy I contacted is Darknesss.
His thread seems legit, has plenty of references and he seemed fine when I spoke to him. Truth is I'm not really bothered who the 3rd party is so long as we're both confident about his creditials.
It may come down to price if I'm paying the fee.
