Today on April 20th, 121 years ago, a man was born in Austria, who was later known as the "Fnhrer".
A (rather critical) biography of the Fnhrer can be found here.
Today he is seen as one of the most controversial historical characters, hated by many, respected by a few. As he shaped the history of the 20th century like no one else, I thought it's worth to mention his birthday here, as a historic event.

I can't say this, as I don't know the whole truth about the two. Today we learn the facts as they are offered us by historians, written in history books. In this regard I agree with a quote from Winston Churchill: "History is written by the victor". |

Screw the fnhrer
Today on April 20th 73 years ago a man was born in L.A., who was later known as Hikaru Sulu.
It's George Takei's birthday! You can find out all about him here.
Today he is seen as of the staple star trek characters. Loved and respected by anyone worth their tNG dvd collection. As he shaped the history of the 23rd century like no one else, I thought it's worth to mention his birthday here, as a historical event.
