This is remarkably close to what I'm after, except I'd really like Recon ships up a bit. It might be a few weeks before I have the cash, so if you're still looking then, give me a yell.
Would offer 5 bill once I have the cash (4.5b for the existing skills, 0.5b for being very close to what I want). I would also offer 5.5b if Recon was level 4 and the drone specialisations (Minnie and Caldari) were up to at least 3 each.
