With the introduction of PI will this help
promote and enhance the usage of a POS setup
within Wormholes?
People were saying that Wormholes were non-viable
after a certain ammount of time.This new interaction
will surely add a better return and a more protected
market to those operating within such an enviroment.

Wormholes aren't viable? This is news to me, and I've been living in WH space since it's launch! You can already make tons of ISK in wormhole space. Anybody that says dropping a POS screws with spawn rates clearly has no clue what they are talking about, or is trying to discourage others from doing the same.
Since one of the products of PI is POS fuels, it certainly makes living in WH space easier. Logistics can be difficult to keep up with, especially if you live in a wormhole that is prone to harassment, or doesn't have a static exit to K-Space. However, that doesn't seem to stop anybody, as every C1 through C3 that has a static High-Sec seems to have at least 1 occupied POS in it, and many C4 through C6 have residents, as well. We truly won't know the impact of this in the dangerous unknown until the patch hits and the market stabilizes after a few months.
