Well, I think I am ready to call this a scam.
I invested 10mil ISK in their bank to test out their services and all was well.....until I made a withdrawal.
The withdrawal request was made on March 14th, 2010. It has now been over a month and that 10mil has never been seen.
I did send an eve mail to IHAFS Desafio and IHAFS Ulecese on April 13th, 2010 and have not seen a response.
So, I just wanted to warn any other members of MD that this may not be on the up and up, and also to give the IHAFS corp representatives a chance to make this right or speak up on their own behalf.
And before the peanut gallery gets here and says, "you lost it when you put it in" Yes, yes, I know this. I knew this when I gave them 10mil ISK.
The 10mil was a test of their honor. They have failed.
This could be rectified, if they would send me my 10mil isk and all accumulated interest, including the interest lost from March 14th onward that I would have earned if my money was still there.
If they do this, I will be glad to change the topic of the thread and edit this post to reflect that happy resolution.

Oh, I am sorry, I must have missed something. Been away from the forums......
Oh, well, if I missed it someone else may have as well, and hopefully this can help. As I said it was only 10mil, not a large amount.

Fact is Ulecese disappeared from forum and IHAFS duties around Nov/Dec last year. Ulecese was seen in game regularly in Jan/Feb but either declined or blocked convo's.
None of the IHAFS players are available and I haven't seen them in game.
This is de-facto SCAM via AWOL. You can speculate burn-out, scam, whatever... End result is lost accounts, unless some miraculous re-appearance (don't hold your breath)
Interesting thing is that IHAFS has significant EBANK holdings (iirc). What will happen to that? Specifically IHAFS was purchasing EBANK accounts at 40% value and putting money into your IHAFS account. If you can't get the IHAFS money, you get taken double!

It's not like there's a precedent for this... Confirming that investing in a bank in EVE is the safest thing you can do with your ISK.

I thought that was the same group :)
Does ebank have an official take on this yet, such as whether they will nullify or honor IHAFS's ebank holdings? Are you just keeping your options open at this time?

Nothing we really can do but this, they owe us more than we hold of their's.
