I'm bored, im tired. Anyone just wanting to post a thread for some fun? How about making a bunch of eve achievements!?
(Fun and serious ones welcome!)
I haven't found anything for this before (Although looking through several hundreds posts - I did not).
All A's:
Finish all career missions
Oooh shiny:
Build your first ship
YARRRR im a pyrat:
Suicide gank 10 mining barges
Im smarter than the average bear:
Reach 50,000,000 sp
Macro to the rescue:
Mine a total of 500,000,000m3 of (Insert ore here)

There is a thread on this somewhere. Was around probly 5 or 6 months ago maybe. Some good ideas there but seemed mostly for lolz (which it did do).

The only achievement system in EVE that really counts already exists in several forms. It's called a Killboard.

Achievements are more for console games and World of Warcraft. It would devalue the immersion factor of the game imo.

Please don't. Waste of time and just copying what others are doing.
Eve has always been a game of finding validation from yourself. This feature erodes the sandbox aspect. Creates a track that people feel compeled to do. If you need the validation of achievements you're playing for the wrong reason.

stop *****ing about how achievements would ruin eve. they wouldn't at all. it would give bored people somthing to do.
that said, more important things to worry about than achievments, like my keyboard to light up when im lagging ( see what i did thar)
