Oh wait, im not one of the "1337" PvPers....so the rules still apply to me. But srsly claw, I practiced with Voltron so can I please re-form my own alliance and bypass this 60 day period? Like the poster above me pointed out, same circumstance, same rule. Dont go on turning all of us down now. You opened a pretty big can of worms here.

ALSO.tm A large alliance like yours could disband and have 35 corps all requesting replacment teams.

CCP Claw has made an exception to the rule for a group of individuals, he hasn't said the 60 day rule is now off. But i fully expect him to allow my ex-corpmate to participate once he rejoins us because obviously it's the same situation as with Voltron and i also made my case before Claw said yes, so surely he'll make an exception for me too.

So when I say that I think CCP Claw's decision to re-instate the ex-Voltron corps so that they can compete is a fair decision, know that I do it from a neutral perspective. There is no special treatment being given here. The ex-member corps had already established their entitelment to compete in the alliance tournament, and were well on their way to preparing and practicing for such. Whether they end up doing so as We Form Voltron or as a new alliance, doesn't really matter. The 60 day rule has not been magically circumvented by a l33t group of ninja pirate hackers as the emo-yelling-from-the-rooftop-squad would have you believe. They were just dealt the s*ty hand by my bestest buddy in the world Minigina.
