Heh, It is an exploit just not one that CCP cares about. An exploit is when you use the game mechanics to get an unfair advantage or when you exploit the stupidity of AI to get an unfair advantage.
These tards sit in Caracals in secure space, nobody can kill them without sacrificing multiple BS and even if you did kill them, they get almost all of their isk back from insurance, so they don't care about that. They're 100% safe protected by Concorde.
They blow up an indy and get podded. And the cops just sit there while their hauler steals the persons loot. If you try to pod them, the cops kill you. If you attack the hauler you get blown up.
If you don't see the inherant unfairness in this sort of exploit then your a little lacking in the intelligence department.
There is a way to beat them but it'd require the same lame ass tactics which they use.

PvP is any player vs. player action. Just because a football team wins by 50 points doesn't mean it wasn't a game, the other team just wasn't prepared. Eve is not 100% safe, ever. That's the way it was meant to be. The presence of police guaranties absolutely nothing.

And as for you labelling me a 'carebear' well I support all forms of gameplay that are within the intended mechanics of the game - including ore theft, corp theft and scamming - I spent the last week in Insmother and Cache in a kestral killing CA indies and frigs, so I think I can safely claim I'm not a carebear. I just don't like exploiters.

You know SFA. By your logic, projectiles aren't broken either are they? CCP allows combat in empire by way of war declarations. They've never indicated they approve of or intended that Caracals be used for killing industrials in .5 and up. They have specifically stated on this forum that +5 and higher is supposed to be safe.

Yes its 'redicously easy'. I was afk / asleep most of the time I spent doing it. Usually the BS and cruisers that escorted them ran away at high speed whenever they saw me. Nowhere near as difficult as sitting in a .8 system scanning for a rich indy and then clicking 5 buttons to blow it up while your hauler buddy moves in to pick up the loot.
