Interdictors and heavys are not nearly enough bubblage for the modern roaming gang, so why not add a BC equivalent?
It would be able to project bubbles up to 50km wide.

It should be able to target a ship and project a bubble around that ship, more like.
Think of the possibilities! Target a friendly inty and you'd have a 5km/s bubble! Target the center of a hostile fleet and catch them all!
