The scorpion needs a 100% webber (the poison stinger) and Salvager III's (the claws) that allow you to salvage a still intact ship paralyzed by the webber. (The ship is no longer intact after the salvaging is complete.) And it needs a huge drone capacity so it can carry baby scorpion salvager drones on its body who ~~feed~~salvage on the webbed ship. And the Salvager Claws needs some crunchy, squishy, rendering type audio sounds. Ah, crud. If the cycle completes you are left with a pod and no killmail. Seriously, Why not complain that a shuttle does not have enough turret slots. Read the ship description, read the bonuses, open up forums, do some research and you'll understand what role the ship plays and what it's meant to do. Although... the idea of a ship that jams at 100km and shoots at 2km is amazing...
