The investigation is still ongoing with other activities going on that are less war-like and more corporation infiltration. (Not by me, but by others) and it was deemed that having actual open warfare would be detrimental to those efforts. Now that that stuff seems to have wound down, actual war will pick up relatively soon once a few loose ends are tied up. HAS SPACE!>!??!?!. anything done in providence by us is either on contract, a rare special exception to the "GTF to the contract area" rule or us off contract. if you hired we show up where we are supposed to be.

I don't visit caod so often as I can not troll there anyway but I see what you mean. But I guess that a lot comes down to how the targeted player responds. If he 'calls in the cops' for harassment, the GM's are likely to warn you a hell of a lot faster. It could very well be that this thread was reported. Help us to make parrots game related today!
