One of the main FC's comes onto a personal voice coms and says to us "Hai guise, we have CTA in 15 minutes (lies took 80 minutes to form) want to come lose caps?!!?!?!" So my friend and I (bromance) are like "but, we are tired, and it's monday, and well the game is kinda boring atm, and it's april, and it's a work night and well you know..." So the main FC says "wtf, you POS get the F in fleet, I guarantee youz will losez yourz shipz" To which we reply "SRLSY?!?!?!" He says "C!!!!!" So we switch comes (hello kitty adventure island requires it's own coms you know) to Atlas and start to form up. So it says 15 minutes till CTA. 80 minutes later we undock and jump on tower, since 80 = 15. And we seige, then we say "oh hai, thats a TON of dictors!" and we get bubbled. Oh look tho, the support fleet (all 3 of them) kill some dictors and we warp all but 4 dreads out (Victory am I right?) So this is where I convo the main FC: ME: Hey, wtf, we r not dead. FC: I know, I'm awesome, see I knew we could make it. ME: Um, we see a fire, we must die in it! FC: But, but,..... ME: DUDE, YOU PROMISED, I HAZ DREAD, now I need killz FC: .... fine.... FC on coms: "Oh look a cyno, everyone align to it!!!" FC's friend on coms "20km off enemy dread fleet, ZOMG AEON IN BUBBLES!!!" People with intelligence on comms "wtf, this is SOOO bait, no, I don't want to do this!!!" (all 2 of them in our 150 man fleet?) Everyone else "w00t, lets do it!!!!" Other FC "I haz 11 year old lunchable, we're good to go, HIT IT!!" Back to convo with FC FC: there happy? ME: Kick ass! WTB dread! FC: Don't care? ME: Old. as. dirt. met. jesus. have. tee. shirt. (like almost 50% of EVE hi Empheron!) FC: point. ((( CAP fight ensues, everyone happy NC and SC ))) W00t. Fin. Serious post here- Both sides we're looking for a fight, both sides are bored as hell, and both sides got that fight. The numbers or the lack of them atm make any prediction from anyone look like a moron for trying to predict them at this point (see lawn care specialist above for prime example). Both sides will have their people frothing at the mouth saying "ZOMG WE KICKED YOUR ARSE!!!!" no matter what the official numbers say and both sides will have their 'technical analysis' about what went down. Believe me or don't, but we had the entire cap fleet back in our POS shield and ready to leave. We chose to go back in, and leave the super caps behind. The FC made the right call for our side and it went down, hopefully giving people on both sides a really good fight. I know I loved it, what was supposed to be a 'quick tower kill with small cap fight chance' turned into a fight that quite honestly made me find the part of the game I really have missed the last 6+ months. On our comms after the fight people were pumped, I doubt it was much different on the NC side. We got into system together, we crashed into each other and we brought just enough forces (both sides) that we wanted to go for it. Fun was had (you know the point of the game?) we'll have a few idiots on here saying "zomg you lost, DAMAGE control MK II" and a ton of people will write posts down party lines no matter how stupid it appears or how easily dis-proven. Oh well, that's the way it is. TL:DR we wanted a fight, so did NC, god forbid we both say GF and hope for more. LOL op is still LOL. Who won: No idea, give it 24 hours to synch kbs THEN chestbeat (either side not just NC) Super TL:DR GF NC.

We actully move to fight, something MH has never done. Sorry, we will ban all our level 4 mission runners. I was fooled by the situation. after jumping in and engaging first time i went into siege and got primaried. lasted 2 minutes, unable to broadcast for repair somehow but would have kept me alive only 10 seconds longer anyway. what to do, what to do? our fleet seems to be in trouble. in pod i move 4 jumps to the next station, jumpclone to my dread depot in ... fitting? check! insurance? check! undock, jump, siege, get primaried, pod. should have waited some minutes to get into some relaxed pew pew. now i need to go to .... and fit another 2. thanks atlas.

On our comms after the fight people were pumped, I doubt it was much different on the NC side. We got into system together, we crashed into each other and we brought just enough forces (both sides) that we wanted to go for it. Fun was had (you know the point of the game?) we'll have a few idiots on here saying "zomg you lost, DAMAGE control MK II" and a ton of people will write posts down party lines no matter how stupid it appears or how easily dis-proven. Oh well, that's the way it is. TL:DR we wanted a fight, so did NC, god forbid we both say GF and hope for more. LOL op is still LOL. Who won: No idea, give it 24 hours to synch kbs THEN chestbeat (either side not just NC) Super TL:DR GF NC. well said... was a great fight, enjoyed watching it as much as i did being part of it.

Blue balls get to a point where you just have to blow your wad. No one said you use your caps like stupid douche bags every fight but sometimes you just gotta say F'it and enjoy the carnage. Its not like insured dreads or carriers are really all that hard to replace. The problem is most folks are too worried about what everyone else will think of the K/D ratio and just stay their lame sheep selves. It was fun and finally broke the ice on capitals being used other than for ninja POS rf/killings. I for one had fun...I jumped my Aeon in with about 20 assorted dreads/carriers and went to having fun with it (which is why i got it..not for an epeen). When I jumped it in there was talk on TS about some ATLAS SC's and capitals tackled. I didnt care about km whoring or kb efficiency...I jumped in for a fun good fight and that is what WE (both the NC and ATLAS) got. After killing about 5-6 capitals, ATLAS then warped in about 50 more capitals and the slugfest started. I stayed on the field and was dissapointed to see no ATLAS supers return to the fight, I figured they would have at least attempted to kill my sc. The NC then jumped in more caps and supercaps to reinforce the ones we already had on the field. Many lols to the Levi pilot screaming like a little girl for capacitor/shields when he got primaried. Also many lols to the Titan pilot who DD'd the wrong target. "I'm DD'n XXXXXXXXXXX....ooops nevermind, I DD'd the wrong target." It was a very fun fight and with minimal lag. Props to all the pilots involved on both sides for joining in an epic fight, epic b/c there was no smack talking and minimal lag which is rare in any cap fights nowadays. Oh one more lol...to the Nidhoggur pilot activating self destruct on his ship in the middle of the fight, you know who you are
