I'm Trying to get into contact with a relevant DEV Member, who i can chat to about getting an "official/sanctioned" EVE Windows theme (Both Vista and Win7)
Im happy to do a lot of work on this, and i have the skills + time to make it happen. All i need is a DEV Member to chat to about certain parts of the Theme.
tl;dr: will a DEV Member please get in contact with me.

thats quite a good idea, though it will take a lot for me to change the Shelby Mustang GT500 theme i made. lol

There is three official Windows 7 theme packs allready. I like them a lot.
Use search they are posted somewhere on these forums.
I hope they make one for the tyrannis expansion too.

Just open Microsoft Excel, take a screenshot, and make that your background. You'll basically be looking at EVE 24/7 then.

To be brutally honest, this is an IMAGEPACK
Where is the audio/ambiance sound?
What about the video-style screensaver? (hell even the Bink "Capsuleer introduction" would be cooler)
Where are the custom Cursors?
Why is the theme (esp in vista) Still Aero instead of a custom made window theme, to look like EVE does?
And my personal favourite, where is the cool EVE Chick (The female voice ie; when warping) saying "Docking permission Requested - Docking request accepted" when you log INTO your account on windows?
Do you see the SCOPE of what i am talking about now?
Not just a bunch of IMAGES, but a PROPPER theme pack!
Sounds, Audio/music, Screensavers of cool things happening (hey i'd be opening it up to people making a quick video of multiple huge battles in EVE for me to stitch together and make an AWESOME User made Screensaver), custom Cursors, Windows that look just like the ones do in EVE. Pehaps even (easier for Win7) a neo-com style Windows bar.
I am by no means rubbishing what they have done. it is actually BECAUSE of the Trinity Widescreen version that i even thought about this.
I'd want to make this sort of a user input themepack, one that everyone could give an idea, the best ones are picked, and the pack is made and given out freely.
Questions, comments, love letters, death threats, ideas?

That voice you are hearing.
UAC dialogs should be accompanied by her voice saying "You failed" from "You failed to jump because you are cloaked".

and The Targeting sound for the windows "Asterik" noise.
so much fun could be had if i could get into the .bnk file that holds the "voice .wav's"
... not that ive been attempting to get into that for the last 2 weeks... sadly there isnt a decompiler for .bnk files.... so nothing i cna find that's readymade...
