High:
4 * 250mm Prototype
2 Launchers, either Heavy or Light Missles
Med:
1 Medium Tech II Shield Booster
2 Hardeners of your NPCs Damage type
1 Hardener/Tracking Mod or whatever you like to use
Low:
3 PDU II
1 Damage Mod
Can do any lv3 mission with the above setup (2 * Prototype Gauss 250mm, 2 * Scout 250mm, all named equipment or Tech II)
I use AM Ammo only, but you could as well use one with more range and fight from >50km
I got 2 HH and 1 Warrior Drone with me as well.

I will give u a different hint as u expect, because post like this usually have not positive answers:
first off: when u are asking setup help u need to tell that use u will do with this ship. ( PVP, PVE , ecc)
Second point: search on this board, u will see toons of setup suggestion, and peoples are going to be bored to answer everytime to same question.
Third point: try to fit a ship by yourself because u need to understand what u are doing, and why one setting is better thatn another. Give u a setup in worth nothing if u do'nt understand why a ship is fitted this way ( read: fight tactics)
Fourth point: when u have tried and got some specific issue, come bach and ask help ( example: i used "xxx" setup but i got "yyy" problem, can someone give any hint to solve that? ). U will surely have more positive answers because u tried to achive by yourself a good setup, wich is for sure usefull for your understanting eve, and will be aprecyated by others.

2x 'Malkuth' missile launcher /w Bloodclaw light missile
Medium:
10MN Afterbooster I
Medium shield booster II
Shield hardener by rat type
Monopulse Tracking computer I
Low:
3x Power Diagnostic System
F-AQ Delay Scan-line tracking enhancer
Good for 50km-30km fighting with iridium, I normally use AM in 20km range againts bigger ships like cruisers and sentries etc.
