8th place - Wins a Imperial Navy Slicer.
9th place - Wins a Caldari Navy Hookbill.
10th place - Wins a Republic Fleet Firetail.
*Multiple ticket holders can win more than 1 prize. But Jump Freighter winner cannot win any additional consolation prizes.*
The lottery will be using Chribba's Dice-API tool(Grendell will be). Its a tool that picks a random number(s) before the lottery starts and locks it (no one including myself or Grendell can see these number(s) until they are unlocked). Grendell my 3rd party service will hold the prize(s) as well as lock and unlock the winning number(s), which can be seen here. (awaiting link)
HOW IT WORKS
* This lottery will consist of 1260 tickets.
* Tickets for this Lottery are 5mil.
* Lottery numbers will be unlocked once all tickets are purchased.
*NEW* Ticket Numbers given (using eve-lottery software) are based when isk is received but in a random format. For example if you are the very first to send isk for 10 tickets. You will get a set of 10 random numbers of the 1260 tickets available which can be seen here.
* To purchase tickets, send isk to in game character Lotto49 in multiples of 5mil with the reason field of Lotto49-29.

as you can see from the chibba dice, its 1186 that was actually the winning ticket which is held by Tank noskill, must be a typo on Grendell's part. Sorry for the confusion. But the Jump Freighter winner is clearly Tank Noskill! :)
All contracts except the Jumpfeighter is up :) still waiting for tank Noskill's response :)
