A Couple of seasoned 0.0 war vets are looking for a quiet place to call home. Combat Carrier pilots, carebear miners, Orca and Rorqual. Would prefer to get back to some carefree carebear mining or small combat roams with a contingent of US TZ players.
I don't mind training noobs and prefer a US TZ corp that is rookie friendly.
Reply to this thread and tell me what your corp is about. I will contact you in game if it sounds of interest.

New Eden Regimental Navy is looking for a few good pilots to come join us in high/WH/NULL sec operations.
Regular weekly operations; 1 to 2 missions operations, 2 to 3 mining operations and try to do at least 1 pvp run a week. We are a real life first Corp/alliance which means our numbers pulse up and down based on holidays and real life fun or new games that come out.
We are the Executors of the Rebel Alliance of New Eden (RANE), which is a gathering of like-minded people in EVE, mostly industry based. Corp/Alliance website can be found @ www.nernonline.net this site doubles for alliance use with eve centric news feeds. And will soon house the alliance charter which was recently written by the current alliance council.
Currently NERN is looking to fill out its PVP/Defense wing and would be interested in getting a good contingent of combat pilots to help train others and FC pvp fleets. Ideal candidates will be comfortable running small roaming gangs all the way up to Capital ship combat.
Here is a little Q&A:
How long are your ops, and about how much m3 do you mine per op?
Op length with vary depending on how people feel. As an orca pilot too it gets really boring sitting there providing bonus' and just pulling cans in. But average op length is 4 hrs. The amount of M3 pulled per op varies but usually 2 and a half freighter full.
How do you distribute earnings after an op is over, particularly if I was using an orca?
We use a heavily modified version of the mining buddy system that has been refined and reworked in house to meet the needs of the Corp and hopefully soon of the alliance. The mining buddy system works off of raw ore that the Corp buys from its members at 25% above the average median buy price off Eve-Central. Additional functionality that has been added to our version that is not in the original: Invoicing System for Ore/Salvage Missioning module for splitting the value of salvages and refined minerals from op T1 Ordering System û Allows Corp members to buy discounted Ships/Modules from Corp. All non-named T1 items produced on request. Character Skillz û Allows you to share your skills with Corp Member securely. Navigation Application û Basic app that tells number of belts in given system and their radius.
Do you manufacture at all or are the minerals just sold directly to stations?
All ore is used in the production of ships/modules for the Corp/market.
How old is the Corp and do you think it will be around for a while? Most of the mining Corps I've joined closed almost instantly, or within a month. :(
New Eden Regimental Navy is 2.5 years old. The leadership is too stubborn to give it up. At one point we had three active members but maintained and started profiting. Now NERN is sitting at over 135+ toons roughly 90-100 actual people.
What's your average age?
Average age of the Corp is about 20-60Æs. With the alliance following the same age cycle; though we are a bunch of crazies and some nights you would think we were a bunch of kids. Or is that drunks? /me looks over his shoulder to quiet the voices.
Do you mine in wormholes, hidden belts or low sec, or do you plan on doing it eventually? A portion of the alliance is currently living in a class 6 WH that we mine and run combat sites in. Each corp out in the WH holds a POS. Life in a Class 6 WH is all about working as a Team and if you are not team oriented then a class 6 WH is not for you.
CEO generally posting from work; you can join NEW NAVY pub chat or look for Nelios Ran or Bellum Veritas online. Or join our forums!
Thanks,

Edited by: Black Munkie on 29/04/2010 15:07:09 We may just have what you are looking for Max, a chilled out corp with no BS. The corp was formed by a bunch of bitter old vets that have grown tired of the serious business of 0.0 and went out on our own.
Have a read of our recruitment thread and see what you think: http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1294449
We have a public channel EVAQ8 if you'd like to join and see what we're about, or convo me anytime in game.

Edited by: Maman Brigitte on 30/04/2010 05:31:48 You sound like you need to retire to our space.
It might not always be as quiet down here as it is right now, but we're deep in null and surrounded by powerful friends. Small-gang pvp happens on a whim, but I seriously doubt we're going to see much in the way of territorial dispute going on for a long time.
We have separate staging areas for combat and mining, and some industry online. The mining system is at the tail of a two-jump dead end.
The alliance we're in is increasingly active during US TZs, which is odd, given how many of them are Aussies.
We're an old corp (this is our third name), and we've been involved in a lot of different aspects of EVE.
Anyway, I've been onlining pos modules for the last 6 hours and I'm going brain-dead. There's more information here, and you can find us in the public channel "FFFI Pub" - I have a sneaking suspicion you'll get along well with our blokes.

(and as to training newbies, I and one other director were, just over a year ago, newbies that these guys were training. We're good at that.)

SWAG Co. is a rookie friendly low-sec do-it-all corp. We fancy ourselves as manufacturers, but we're really just gearing up for that, it'll be full-swing soon enough. We have scheduled operations, and when there's no planned ops, we mission, or mine to make money. Check out our spam thread and see what ya think. Drop by and chat with us in the SWAG channel if you like what you see. __________________ SWAG Co. We Build The Stuff You Steal! -Zoltar CEO |

We are a small wormhole Corp that is looking to expand. Mostly an industrial / PvE operation. WE have some PvP players within our ranks and would like more. We have a large POS anchored in a c2 and a c4 and the members we now have are active and dedicated to the Corps success.
We are looking mainly for Caldari and Minmitar pilots, but all races are welcome.
What we need.
PvE / PvP pilots. There are no SP requirements established and will consider each pilot on his/her own merits.
Industrial Pilots. If you can fly a mining barge we will find a rock for you to beat on.
What we have.
Aside from the 2 wormholes we now occupy, we have a young but robust R&D operation and are steadily adding to our BP library. We do have a ship replacement program, but nothing set in stone and is operated on a case by case basis.
Most importantly we are a member run corporation. EVERYONE has a voice. We have no cog or gear members, and each and every member is not only welcome but required to share in the decision making process.
If you are interested in learning more about us please feel free to Eve-Mail ctrlfreak in game.
