To be fair I'm only trying to be helpful. Everyone in C+P is going to laugh at you and pull very funny jokes at your expense unless you provide a killboard link and references. If you cant provide references (contracts were secret etc) then you need to explain that, being specific at what jobs you do.
If you are a new merc outfit starting up then consider working for a minimal wage/gratis to start with, as this will get you the all important references you need to continue.

Yes we are new and as such dnt have much of a KB at the moment, but we will prove ourselves over time.
As of now we will be doing some contracts for free as long as they are reasonable requests, our chat channel lists the jobs we are willing to undertake, so get in there and get some free contracts, while they last.

You should have taken care of this before you posted. Go get yourself a killboard, post the link to it in your thread, before you even log in today. It's the most basic of requirement a start up merc corp could have; it mystifies me why so many fail to prepare even to this basic degree.

Professional mercs uses API-regulated Killboard. Yes, API (note that down). A killboard without it is a worthless killboard.

Welcome to the Merc Game...
I would edit your post to include a breif description, Killboard link even if it dosnt have much on it (get a Eve-kill one if you can, pretty good system for a good price)
Although you list your services in your channel you should also do it here so that peaple can see what you offer, you would be surprised how many peaple won't take the time to go to your channel.
Assume that potential clients are lazy ad make it easy for them :)

or just kick people who don't post their mails which is what we do. tends to filter out the ******s as well.

Usually, most new merc corps do a few contracts for free (yes, free) to get stuff on the killboard to show off, references, etc etc
