Auctioning off the below tech 2 blueprint originals.
- Starting/minimum bid: 1b
- Minimum bid increment: 100 mil
- Each item is a seperate auction.
- Reserve hidden
- private bids by eve-mail accepted
- sniper 10 minutes
- no buyout set but will listen to sensible offers
- Auction will run until 3rd May 23-00 eve time
- Items are located in hi-sec

Sniper rule for item 3 should have come into effect at 2259 at my last bid before 2300. Which means my bid at 2309 was the last official bid.

Sniper rule means the auction is extended by that time if any bids are made before the end of the auction.
Thats how its always worked on this board. If it was simply a case of extending the auction by 10mins after the end time why not just make it 2310 and save the hassle.

indeed. a sniper rule means that everytime a valid bid happens, the auction is extended by that amount of time. that last bid was mine at 23:18. so the auction will last at least until 23:28, longer if more people bid

sniper rule on this board has always worked: that the action continues til there are no bids on the merchandise for a longer period than the sniper rule (in this case 10 minutes!)
It is simple actually. If sniper rule just added 10 minutes to the auction, it wouldn't make any sense.
Example: Auction ends 23:00, sniper rule 10 minutes -
A bids 4b 22:35
B bids 4.1b 22:59
- sniper rule kicks in and the auction will be won by B if noone bids before 23:09.
C bids 4.5b 23:08
- sniper extends auction another 10 minutes from the last post by C, C wins if noone put any bid before 23:18.

WTF???? As far as I can see the bid from Trip Trease came 14 minutes after the last valid bid. You have to change this or else you will be reported for bending your own auction rules and wasting people's time.
