Consolation Prizes!
This will work a little differently this time around. Over the course of this Lottery I will be giving away a variety of prizes using the tickets already purchased, so getting your tickets early will qualify you in the Free Give-A-Ways. These winning numbers will still be re-used for the Wyvern Draw.
The lottery will be using Chribba's Dice-API tool(Grendell will be). Its a tool that picks a random number(s) before the lottery starts and locks it (no one including myself or Grendell can see these number(s) until they are unlocked). Grendell my 3rd party service will hold the prize(s) as well as lock and unlock the winning number(s), which can be seen here. (awaiting link)
HOW IT WORKS
* This lottery will consist of 2000 tickets.
* Tickets for this Lottery are 10mil.
* Lottery numbers will be unlocked once all tickets are purchased.
*NEW* Ticket Numbers given are based when isk is received but in a random format. For example if you are the very first to send isk for 10 tickets. You will get a set of 10 random numbers of the 2000 tickets available which can be seen here.
* To purchase tickets, send isk to in game character Lotto49 in multiples of 10mil with the reason field of Lotto49-30.

Click Above link to see, who has tickets or your own tickets.
* - % in search engine will show all ticket holders
* - your name in search engine will show your tickets in lottery.
* - Tickets are given in out randomly with the software. PLEASE allow up to 1 hour for Software to update new ticket purchases.

When buying tickets, reason field has to be lotto49-30 or your purchase will not register with software and make sure ISK is sent to lotto49. In game evemail lotto49 if u didn't do this correctly.

Odds way too long for me for just one prize. I think it'd be better with a gradation of prizes (more prizes in a descending order of isk value like most lotteries). Much better chances to win that way. Best of luck to everyone, though! Kain runs trustworthy lotteries.
