If your tickets are not showing in the automatic ticket tracker its because the system hasn't registered them. Most likely you didn't type the reason correctly when sending the isk. I will have a look for you when I get home later.

It's because you put "EVEWIN4." instead of "EVEWIN4" Technically as it says in the original post that if you send isk without the proper reason it will count as a donation, but because you brought it to my attention I will manually add the tickets for you

Your tickets are recorded, so you typed the correct reason code. You can always check the automatic ticket tracker. If your tickets don't show up there within 1 hour of sending isk then that's when you know you made a mistake when sending the isk.
