Just remember to take Javelin torps just in case you really need that extra range(for POS bashing for instance). If you don't have the missile skills(not many people do), Tempest will do alright. RR is a form of active tank folks, and if your resists are low, your tank is inefficient...you still need a buffer for incoming damage while your buddies are locking you, but it doesn't have to be the same buffer you would use for buffer tanking. Darn thing will do just about anything. On a side note, if you're cap stable at 43% you might swap out one of those rechargers for an afterburner or something.
