I have this very strange problem, i am at 0m and i can't activate the gates.

If this is the last gate you need an ANGEL DIAMOND TAG in ur cargohold to do it.
Be aware you need about a 1000 dps omni-tank or multiple persons to take down the last pocket.

1) Since you are asking about that gate, you are proabably vastly not ready to survive what comes in it.
You'll need to add some decent thermal resist, an AB and a brain.

Or you can smart up and do it in a 400 DPS tank + AB.
1000 DPS tanks are for idiots or for AFK missioneers.

^^ I've been getting it a lot recently, several times on gates, few times when NOSing rats and once or twice when trying to loot a wreck. My overview has told me I'm well within range of the object I'm trying to interact with, but the client has subsequently told me I am out of range.
Wait a bit, try orbiting the gate (i.e. moving around a bit) or re-log.
