INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO TAKE PART - READ CAREFULLY!!!!!!
Money is to be sent to Peaceful Neutrality as shown below
For one ticket you send 10,000 isk with reason - 5bill
For ten tickets you send 100,000 isk with reason - 5bill
ANY MONEY SENT NOT INCLUDING THIS REASON WILL BE REFUNDED
Any isk sent will be rounded down - so for one ticket you must send the full 10k isk. If 14kisk is sent that will only purchase you one ticket.
The lottery will not be drawn until all tickets are sold.

Please, if you know something about scamming in this lottery, provide additional information about it. Posting the only word 'scam' is anti-competitive behavior and trolling.
If you have additional information, your explains will helps other players do not make wrong decision by participating this lottery. If you have not it, I will inform dev team about your anti-competitive behavior.

long time ago but irrc, before he edited this post first time, he mentioned that several supercap trades have been handled, after certain people asked him about these trades he simply called (and exploited imho) the clean up crew and edited his first post. So he bumped out tons of low isk value lotteires to gain some trust...im sure you can look that up
most legit lotteries do use a third party that hold the isk/price, he does not.
at the end I dont know if he wants to scam with this one or not(since he can decide to honour or dishouner the lotteires just before he would pay the prices out or not), but when a known liar/scammer puts up a lottery where trust is a major factor i dotn find it unfair to give potencial victims a little warning.
however my intension has never been trolling in this case...
btw. if you are going to hunt peaple down that are putting things up in this section (wich I didnt in this case), you have a long way to go |

You cant - simple as that. Either you trust me or you dont.
If you mistrust me, dont play.
Every third party had to start somewhere just because I am new to the third party / lotto business dont automaticaly dismiss me as a scammer. shar'ra matcevsovski please show proof of your accusations and speculation is not proof.
