Ok, so there is one thing irritating a bit about flying in 0.0.
Some outposts will not allow you to dock. All is nice if you knwo that they won't allow you to dock, but on many occasions you are not sure what are the stations views on you.
I'm proposing that when clicking show info on a station or outpost there should be an icon, or a factor below the station description saying something like:
DOCKING: Allowed
or
DOCKING: Not allowed
or
DOCKING: After payment of XXX
It can be any icon, any text, maybe just a color somewhere on the info page, a red or green dot, whatever. Any kind of indicator that can tell you if you can dock. I see no point in having to try to dock to check if a station will allow you to dock. The docking fee should also be stated so that you can compare where you want to settle down depending on the docking fee.

There is a docking fee?
As I was aware, you could either dock, or not dock, depending on standings.
I think adding an ability for outpost owners to say "Well, I guess we could let neutrals dock, for a price" is a good addition.
Along with the icon thingy.

Some station owners will charge pilots a fee to dock, depending on the class of ship they are flying.

could be an awesome help
maybe use colour in overview
green allowed
yellow need to pay/allowed
red not allowed
just like the new blue color on can hehe
