Apparantly I cant use the same credit card for 2 accounts? Is that true? My main is tied directly to the credit card, the other account i use paypal. But if i try to tie the second account directly to the credit card, it fails?!? Please tell me i ****ed up somehow.....

1) make sure you have petitioned under the correct place
2) no problem from running 2 or more accounts on one card
3) what is the error that it says

yes you have a problem i run 4 accounts off the same card no problem :)

I also have multiple accounts on one credit card, but in order to change your payment method you must have less that 30 days of game time left. Because when you do change the payment method they will charge the new credit card right then and add the time to the EvE account.

it may not be CCP. it could be your credit card company not liking to take charges from iceland

This is actually the most likely scenario. Maybe not the charges from Iceland thing, but your cc company may be viewing it as a double billing and rejefcting the second charge. Call them and see what the reason is for the charge being rejected.
