Probably didn't have enough capacitor left to use the ECM burst, that's a lot of hostile neuts

He's not a covops. He can't warp and cloak at the same time. And no cloaky cloaky when locky locky. |

This.
It actually tried to cloak against the white sea floor. But was decloaked by proximity. It then shot out some ink and ran for it.
It was run or hide. Not both.
