truthfully every alliance has its benefits, every alliance has its downsides too, you just need to look for what alliance gives you more of what you want, and less of what you hate...
also, asking 'who is the best alliance' on caod is like going to a soccer bar filled with 200000 avid fans from every team in the world and asking 'whos the best team then?'... riots have started with less effort :-)
just look for what you want and make your own decisions on what you see
