Decided to try something "new", appearing suddenly in a belt and capping out battleships with full cap in 30 seconds being lol. Inspired by Pilgrim/Curse.
DPS is low, and EHP and mobility not the best. Scan res is a concern and CN Invulns are expensive. 
Targets are ratters ofc, depending on their cap. DPS from rats should help a bit.

You are aware that the Sin and all the other Black-ops ships cannot warp cloaked... right? And that they are not built for direct combat... right?

1) use a dominix, its like 50mil and insurable.
2) Use heavy neuts, mediums dont have the range to take on faster orbiting ships. large go to 24km.
3) after depleting cap, use a medium neut to keep cap empty. no sense in wasting cap running large neuts.

Cap stable even with low skills. Replace with Large Trimark Armor Pump if you do not need it to be cap stable or have good cap skills. over 110k EHP buffer.
Add MWD/webs/warm scram at will depending on role in fleet. Can replace medium neuts with another 2 large if going against BS fleet for more effectiveness.
