Carrier: T1 CCC Rigged Thanatos Price: 2.4 Billion WH: 500M (my aquisition cost) POCO's: 900M (for 9, less than my cost) Thanatos: 1 Billion (less than current sell orders (per eve-central)). As one can see, the planet mix covers fuel less ice products, and great flexibility on many other PI products. Transaction will go as follows: 50% on entry. The balance required to deliver the carrier to buyer's POS. (Willing to split a 3rd party fee with buyer if they prefer). Occupants cease all operations except for their exit efforts upon receipt of initial payment. Buyer agrees to NAP while they move in and we move out. Agreement to include buyer's commitment to show a corpy to the exit, whenever he returns to game...as a measure of goodwill since he's a serviceman, recently involved in a "foreign assignment".

Maybe if it comes with a full set of capital mods/rigs and a full drone bay with fighters B: POCO's are currently 58 mil apiece, if you paid over 110 mil apiece for the mats for them, lol sucks to be you. C: A C2 with a highsec entrance might be worth 500 mil if it was untouched with a nice buildup of sigs, you leaving the WH mostly depleted as you go drops the price by a lot. Especially since you say you wont stop running the sigs until you actually receive payment to leave. TLDR: Your pricing expectations are way too high for what your selling, as you expect people to be paying more than what it's worth on market, more than it takes to produce, and pay for the privilege of living in a heavily used WH. See what I mean?

Thanks for not understanding that POCO's are beyond the gantry costs. Great point on the local sites...it isn't being actively farmed by the current occupants. The value of the carrier, as always, is interesting, and is actually a constant discussion...until...some one wants to haul all the bits in for one. LOL Fly safe, as we wait for our niche client. o/
