Not an official program as such, but we have a large stash of fitted T1 cruisers (all races) and frigates are more or less pocket change for us. Battlecruisers and above will be reviewed on a case to case basis. If you lose your ship on a CTA or other corp/alliance bizz we'll be very likely to refund the loss. You fly on your own risk. We'll refund T1 frigates lost on corp/alliance biz (if needed) and we'll keep handing out fitted T1 cruisers while the supply lasts (still have 50 or so left). More expensive ships are not likely to be replaced by the corp, so leave them in highsec if you can't afford to lose them. The reason for this is that the corp has no fixed monthly payments or anything, just regular taxes. The corp mostly funds projects, operations and maintenance by donations, occasional fundraisers, and corp CTAs. We prefer to let our members enrich themselves so they can replace their own ships. In dire cases we will most likely help out, but we can't give any guarantees. You can easily make 10M isk/hour minimum in 0.0 solo, or if unskilled and young, by tagging along with one of our more experienced players, so there should be no problem keeping yourself in ships. We added the new requirement that you should be able to use voice comms. This is so vital for living in 0.0 that we've agreed that we can no longer take in people who lack a headset or mike+speakers.
