This is Aenda DeZoltrals 2nd Big Lottery and it is secured by Darknesss. This lottery is run using the many services available on this forum to stop people being scammed. I am using Darknesss to hold the prizes, EveLotteries to run the lottery tickets and Chribbas DICE tool to choose the numbers.

HOW IT WORKS
* This lottery will consist of 400 tickets.
* Tickets for this Lottery are 5 million.
* Lottery numbers will be unlocked once all tickets are purchased.
* Ticket Numbers given are based when isk is received.
* To purchase tickets, send isk to ingame character Aenda Dezoltral with the reason field of aendathan

The draw for the 1st bonus has been made and the number 62 was drawn however at the time of drawing nobody owned this number and a 2nd draw was made and again nobody owned this number so a 3rd draw has been made and the first owner of a winning number is Kiva Andrews with 165

Why not hold the prizes until all the isk is returned if the lotto is canceled? Asking someone to post to reclaim isk that BELONGS to them in the case of a bad investment is just foolish.

That won't be a problem as ALL isk will be refunded if it doesn't sell out.
