Not for sharing or buying/selling ISK's. I was shocked... Or CCP has gone mad.

Do you really think that they're handing out permanent bans just because you log on from a different IP? That is very unlikely, IP adresses change all the time. It could very well be his main account had been hacked without him knowing and used to do something violating the EULA. Or that he is unknowingly from some freakish bug interfering with Tranquility datastream or something very nerdy and nearly sciencefcititous. These things happen. And you know I'm pretty sure the service/licence -agreement we have all accepted and not read states that they can terminate our customer relationship if they wish, without you having any legal position to sue for refunds or the like (thank the american courtrooms for this clause I think). Obviously it's bad for business to do so unless there really is a pressing reason to do so, I really doubt they'd just "arbitrarily ban" a long time customer, as you put it, without a pressing reason. ------------------- This is Sig.
