packetloss is when information aint sent/returned from server which causes serious lag out. if youve played any FPS online and suffered from PL u will know it basically ruins the game. Causes lag slides, fast running players (cos the client catches up with server) and all sorts of stange stuff.
Hence why it makes it funny
