I do not know if its just my ship or eve-wide. When I fit a gravmetric backup array II the tengu sensor strength only increases by two points. Not the correct 48%. Eccm II when activated is also incorrect. I have checked in station, in space, show info, fitting screen.
When i go to fit a gravmetric backup array it shows the sensor strength in yellow as the correct value but when fitted it is totally wrong.
Is it just some crazy bug with my ship or is it a bug in the game?

Are you entering this strat cruiser from a pos? If so, you may be experiencing a known issue with t3 ships receiving subsystem boni under those conditions.

No im not entering from a pos, this is in station. still borked, i have no idea what to do from here.
Screens of what im talking about:
No backup array, standard grav strength{with my implants}:
Mouseover backup array - see sensor value:
Fitted the grav backup array: wtc!!
Id love to know if others have this problem or if its just special for me.

I have also tried swapping the subsystems around. It appears no matter what subsystems I have fitted the result is the same. Gravmetric backup array appears to be giving 4.8% sensor boost instead of 48%.
As for eccm if I undock with 40 sensor strength and activate gravmetric eccm II my sensor strength goes to 44. If I activate a second eccm II my sensor strength goes to 52. Each eccm II is supposed to increase my strength by 96%.

Hmm I am using talon implants so looks like its a bug stated at the end of this thread:
