i have been part of the BIG DEAL for about 3 years or more and i'v not had my bpc's for over a month has anyone had any news has Torn gone on a trip? and if so why does no one in the corp take over? plz any info will be good

TornSoul has been away from the game for personal reasons. One of our members has recently stepped up to cover the BIG deal for him. We anticipated he would return much sooner.
I'll forward your name to the member in question and will get you sorted as soon as possible.
We apologize for the interruption in services.
Note: He is however attending to the BIG Lottery with the little time that he has at the moment.

The only reason I can see for this issue being addressed with a forum thread as opposed to a private email to a BIG rep is OP was trying to start a drama snowball. Don't get me wrong I think those are awesome.

firstly, use ingame methods of communications! it works... honest!
secondly, BIG are stand up people, im sure that Tornsoul doesnt do everything within the corp as micro-management is ****ing pathetic and boring!
