Im having difficulties loging into EVE on my new computer.
It works up to the step where I choose my character. When the "entering game as ..." progress bar reaches 80%+ eve suddently crashes, Im returned to desktop and I get a windows popup window saying "CCP ExeFile has stopped working". Sometimes I get as far as the "Entering Station/Space" window when EVE crashes.
It doesn't matter if im in station or in space.
The problem details from the same window are as follows:

Ive had this problem ever since I installed EVE on my new computer.
I've tried clearing my cache, but seing how I've always had this problem the cache shouldnt be the problem.
I tried swapping out my gfx card for another card (in another slot), still got the same error.
I've updated all my chipset, video & audio drivers.
I can play other gfx heavy games without issues.
Anyone else had this problem? Should I submit a bug report?

Well I dont know what that DLL is good for, but your comment surely put me on the right track.
SOLVED the issue by disabling EVE Voice. When in game, if i try to enable EVE Voice the same error occurs.
Glad it wasnt anything worse, I can live without eve voice =) |

Same issue just started for me this morning. Afaik nothing has changed on my end since yesterday that would cause a change like this. Disabling voice didn't fix it for me, anyone have an idea on another workaround?
Reinstall hasn't helped nor has the dnsapi thing assuming I did that right. |

 found the problem right after I posted. Spy/ad/malware found its way into one of eves program files. repair function wasn't catching it, but my virusscan did. Good as new
1) make sure you are completely clean
2) change your eve passwords now
3) find out how you got infected and don't do it again
