In EVE Destroyer class vessels are not usable because they don't have good tasks. T1 destroyers are used for salvaging purposes only, ant t2 are rare because there is heavy interdictors :)
So idea is to use this hull for heavy bomber class ship lets say a T2 ship that is not cloaked but can carry about 6 torpedo launchers and its quiet fast to be a capital ship killer

unless it has a bomb launcher it shouldnt be a bomber.
it would be an improvment DPS wise but it would stil be paper. drones would tear this thing apart, and with the DPS of a battleship it would most likely be a high priority target.

So your idea to make T1 destroyers more popular is to add another T2 destroyer with 6 torpedo launchers?
