So im tried of running Caldari navy missions and thinking of switching to Amarr Navy since im still positive with them somehow, yet -4 with gal and minnies.
What are the most used hubs for Amarr Navy lvl4s?
Also whats better I can fly a golem t2 torps or t2 cruise, and can also fly a paladin with t2 beams or t2 pulses? (all missle and gun skills to 4&5)

Get a nightmare 
hmm Yarebap is the best for lp , imperial navy Q18 0.5 system, MoW got 2 high sec agent with q20 doesnt give much lp tbh cause both are in 0.8 systems ,and theology council that has 2 agent q13-q18 in Sasoutikh (0.6)

I could never fly a nightmare, ive been spoiled by marauders 40km tractor beam range for to long to ever give it up XD

If you want to repair your minnie/gal standings, I would suggest to run missions for sisters of eve, although that would require a fair bit of back-tracking to start with.
You many need to go back to a L1 agent, but SOE repairs your gal/min standings while not doing too much damage to your amarr/caldari.
I'll probably get flamed for this but I run a cruise golem with bay loading/warhead calefaction rigs. I know the bonuses are with the torps but the cruise allow you to get those pesky ships that orbit too far out - the 3 tractors help with salvaging.
Each to their own I guess

Theres quite a few level 4 agents of good quality in penirgman, but I can't tell you how many, sorry. But its quite a big hub and its close to Kor-Azor Prime and Amarr which is always handy :)

Do the research, we can't tell you or else it will screw everyone else over. Good Mission Hubs became ruined because people like you asked questions like this. Its not hard go to Eve Agent Search and plan it out.

getting hard to tell the salvage theives from the gankers in sas these days.
