Ursalati raised a good point. Since i revealed the reserve bid that means that Dalcho bid just before the end of the auction and his bid stood at 9.5 Bil which makes Ursalati's bid the winning one.

He was honest and posted the real reserve. He could have lied and added to his reserve to make more isk. but he didnt. he did the right thing.

That is true, i did not reveal the reserve before the end, however my intention was always to set the reserve at 9.5 Bil isk and your offer was the reserve amount, therefore still making Ursalati's bid the winning one.
