- Excellent Research and Production skills (Can produce most sub-capital T1 ships or items at perfect efficiency)

- Assets are random and scattered (none of major value)
- Character will be in Caldari Highsec at time of purchase and in NPC corp
- Character can deploy POS in Caldari space
- Character can access Level 4 mission with Caldari faction
- Character not liked by Gallente very much
