Lemme guess, you've got eve build #152410 and it says that the build is incompatible? Cos if so, then I have the same question - OP/title.

i got the same problem for the previous patch, and someone give me this link :
http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/server_status.php
and the new patch is on it :)

perhaps you delete the link to sisi IP on your shortcut, and so you client tried to connect to TQ ?
cause i confirm 153183 is the good one for sisi.

What IP? Never have had an IP in the SiSi shortcut:
"C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE-SiSi\eve.exe"

that link is for the last most recent version to the newest version as you can see in the patch name 152410 - 153183
so if you didnt have version 152410 then that patch wasnt for you

I did, but I am not sure what happened yours though identical name to the one of server_staus.php just killed the eve file, the one of server status worked fine though.
No matter, took a few mins to copy pasta and download the patch again

The website Server Versions is usually very quick with updating the most recent TQ -> SiSi and SiSi -> SiSi patches
