WTF? Ok so if you can't assign these keys what the hell keys CAN you assign? Who was the moron on dope that thought this little gem up? You guys really need to stop with these pointless patches and game downgrades before you run yourselves out of bussiness. Just because you have an idea doesn't mean it's a good one FFS.
Read in the first posts and dont just read 1 thing jump to end of forum and whine. There's 10 post with this exact Q_Q with 20 replies.
You cant use them as Shortcut key's, but you can still use them as Modifier Key's. In other words . [CTRL - E] will work. [CTRL - CTRL] will not.
Have yet to see or hear about anyone who uses them alone for shortcuts.

Yes but you will still be able to CTRL Click a target because CTRL is not your shortcut key, it's the modifier key. |

No UTC != GMT. UTC does not use Daylight savings where GMT does. Daylight saving being the +/- 1 hour first and second hald of year. |

YES, UTC == GMT, GMT is FIXED!!
fx, atm for Denmark its GMT+2, normally its +1, but were in summertime, then there are other terms, that mean the same, fx GMT+1 Summertime == CEST or GMT+2!
