"The widescreen option under Display & Graphics in the ESC window has been permanently removed. This change is necessary to fix several issues with the new cameras."
Does this mean I have to play with a normal resolution on a wide screen display, or is some other feature I just haven't noticed? If they really have removed the 1920x1080 option, I don't think I will care to play again before they fix it - it's just one of those thing you would expect from any decent game after 2005.

All of them, it's requiring some serious god-meddling to make time adjust for all 5pms to be the same. The effect will only last one instance and will destroy the universe.

The new patch is up for a couple of days now so stop asking for it.
Just run the test server but change:
"F:\EVE Online - Test Server\eve.exe" /server:singularity
Into
"F:\EVE Online - Test Server\eve.exe" /server:tranquility
And now waiting for a open connection and your in.

So let me get this straight. I attempt to connect and it tells me, incompatible version. That much is expected. How though will it download the tyrannis patch? Will that be automatic?

it says there 18 UTC roughly. thats around 4 am Aus and 2pm for US TZ

Wide screen viewport != wide screen resolution.

I feel I have to express my discontent towards this expansion. As far as I'm concerned, just from having read all the patch notes as well as all of the dev blogs on Tyrannis, this is going to be the worst expansion of all time.
I am running missions for isk so that I can sustain myself as far as buying PvP ships goes. CCP somehow decided that it would be a good idea to lower the minerals gotten from reprocessing the majority of loot. I'm not worried about this because I sell minerals, I've not done that at all. I'm worried about this because lowered supply of minerals will increase their cost, and as a result ship prices will increase as well. So now I have to run more missions (in which I'll make slightly less isk in) for the same thing.
How the **** is everyone so happy about this expansion? Planetary interaction is code-name for "Since Dust 514 is going to come out, lets help the rich get richer!" If it doesn't lower some cost for me, I'll be utterly displeased.
Although I say this, EVE is still undoubtedly my favorite game, but at the same time, I don't understand how CCP could ever have decided that missions needed a nerf. How about that survey they sent out about mission-running some months back? Did they not remember the bit about how tedious running missions is? They obviously don't give a **** about what th players think?
P.S.: When we get CCP pathnotes, please tell us exactly how things are changing rather than just a general idea. (ex. "Drone Compound volume is being decreased" vs "Drone Compound volume is being decreased by 25%" It's not too much to ask is it?
