Federation Day is a celebration, a reminder of the achievements of our interplanetary democracy and enjoyment of our identity as individuals.
This year however, given recent events and the dire news presented to us, Federation Day will be a reminder that we need to be vigilant, determined and resolute. A reminder that the work of our Forefathers can only be kept alive if we strive for the same level of commitment, and that the legacy given to us today, will be trusted and cherished by us and by our children.
In June 19th, a series of events will take place across Federation Space, each presenting the commitment and determination of loyal capsuleers willing to defend Democracy and personal liberties, each reaffirming their desire to stay vigilant and ensure our way of life continues as it has been known.
Let it be known that no Sansha threat, no Caldari occupation, no Serpentis corruption will take away our desire to continue be Federal Citizens, be it Gallente, Intaki, Jin-mei or inmigrants from across the cluster, we invite you to join us in this message.
The events scheduled are as follows:
Mister Federation: the most handsome men of the Federation compete to be identified as the most patriotic, stylish and just plain jaw-dropping adonis this year. Candidates should sign in no later than June 1st by announcing their desire to participate answering this message, the contest will be held at "The Athena" Bar at 18:00 eve time.
Comets in Villore: the first man made comet rain in Villore, with thousands of Capsuleers piloting their precious Fed Navy Comet-issue frigates around Senate Bureau in Villore VII-6. Showing our support to the Federation government. The gathering will take place outside the station at 19:30 eve time, make sure to take the necessary precautions when fitting your ship and add that extra layer of protection.
Lobbying with the Rich and Famous: Capsuleers are told to have infinite resources, we are going to show that by bringing as many luxury market items to the Senate, in order to start petitions for a political cause of your liking with your prefered senator. Gallente planetary vehicles, Spiced wine, spirits, and countless other "legal" bribes will be brought to the Villore in order to support the hard-working members of the Senate, while also making sure they receive us with a broad smile when submitting our requests and complaints.
Join us to make Federation Day a great event.

I would like to RSVP for attendance. As the most attractive Intaki that I have ever known, however, I feel it would be unfair for me to compete in your pagent.
As a side note, what system will this celecration be in? Is this event BYOB?

I would be absolutely delighted to sign up for all of the events. I shall have a Federation Navy Comet ready to fly, bring all sorts of wonderful goodies with which to bribe my most favorite and ill-favored Senators alike in the good old Gallente fashion, and of course sign in for the Mister Federation contest.
Hopefully I get there all in one piece. I may just have to fit my Comet to be combat-ready, and not entirely for show. In any case, I'm glad to see that us Capsuleers can have a wondrous Federation Day celebration all on our own, as well! I've already marked it in my calendar, and I am looking forward to it.

Monsieur Aoki, you can bring your entire fanclub of exotic dancers if you want, celebrate Federation Day to your hearts desire, as long as the law does not forbid it.
We have not planned any exotic dancer shows, but if you wish to arrange any, please be my guest. I just request they are not held at the same time as other events scheduled.

We are extending Mr Federation signup till the 10th of June.

I've always appreciated the Gallente style of living... My favourite fashion designer is Gallentean in-fact.
While I would like to attend this event I'm afraid that the local law enforcers might take offence to my presence in a 'civilized' sector of space. I wouldn't want to upset them now, would I?

To all those who will attend the scheduled events in Villore and don't want to miss the Tournament matches, we have prepared our 52" holoprojector at The Athena Bar for you, it will stream all the exciting combat from this years event.
Don't forget to bring your Fed Navy Comets, or any Federation issue ships for the largest display of support at the Senate station.

Although I may be a new capsuleer in the federation I would like to be considered for the the Mister Federation Competition. Unfortunately my license picture has been fully uploaded to the GalNet system just yet, I do hope that this won't pose a problem?

With my recently bought Federation Navy Comet, a few spiced wines and the full list of contestants for Mister Federation, this weekend looks to be one hell of a ride.
Remember if you are watching the Alliance tournament, the Athena has a 52" holoprojector available, plus full stock of Stacmon's beers.
