Alrighty, I'm in a ... kinda mood so I'll bite:
Killboard?
In-game public channel?
List of past contract types?
More then one line selling yourself?
... Good grief the level of Merc professionalism and commitment seems to be steadily rolling down hill lately....
Need role models? Look towards the professionalism and organization of NOIR, look to the screaming, overwhelming chaos bringing that is Privateers, look to any number of successful Merc outfits that have came before you, REPO, Snatch Victory, and others (sorry guys far to many to remember or post....).
However you manage it, would it be too much to ask for a well written informative "Open for Business" post?

If you do claim to be blue with people to increase your corps rep get them to post to provide a legit seal of approval.
Also knowing corps that do well for themselves does not make your corp good.
Maybe offer to do a free contract for someone, their are a few people in c&p who will have someone for you to shoot allowing them to write a review of the service you provided them so that people can get a greater idea what kind of contract you can handle.
also do all that stuff + the help Gregor Vernof gave you in his post, dont make a new one update this one.

When Starscream and co were in repo they came out and fought. I give them respect just for providing fights. They're new but at least you know they will come out and fight. I encourage anyone with a small job to try them out.
