They are in my items hangar in station.. I have relogged twice and cleard my cache Whats up with it? I am asking here to try and avoid having to make a petition.. Cause we all know it will be a damn week before i get a reply Lol - DC Failure Is Not Falling Down.. Failure Is Refusing To Get Back Up

The goggles should show up under eye wear so this seems a little weird. You probably should submit a petition under Game Play, Assets & Items and a GM will assist. the queues are quite low at present so your waiting time should not be too long. I do, I am just poking fun I promise, I understand what you meant, but am poking fun at the way you presented it... obviously they're going to devote a lot of time to flush out issues with the new content and support it, the fact that other lines are backed up for weeks is not acceptable of course. They just need to give the petition teams more time and resources IMO, just like a grocery store, to use a sort of... loose analogy, if the lines start to back up, they pull some people off the shelves or inventory, and open up a few more lines, problem solved. Mr Kidd, As stated previously in the thread the petition queues are quite low so new game play petitions do get responded to pretty quickly. As for ongoing investigations, GM Homonoia has posted several times that more complex petitions require further time for investigation and can sometimes require extensive testing from other departments to investigate bugs and problems.
