It's a nice char but people will criticize your post for a few bits of misinformation.
Firstly your missile skills are very good but they're not perfect, warhead upgrades 4 and cruise spec 4 need to be 5 to push the "perfect" description and then only for PVE, second point is your learning skills, perfect means all at level 5, also marauders level 5 is a must if he's to be a perfect Golem pilot. Social skills are basic to say the least and navigation is a bit light as well.
Plus points is the R&D, and he's good to go for level 4/5 agents with certain corps.
I'm not trying to derail your auction, the points I've highlighted are important but it's still a very good character it's just the post leads people to think its more than what is on offer.
Good luck with the auction but I don't think you'll have much trouble selling the char, but you might get people disagreeing your idea of perfect. Just a heads up.

Thanks for the contribution, maybe i should use the word 'ideal'. For me Perfect learning is actually L5 Primary skills and L4 for all secondary rank 3 ones.
I use Perfect for ideal, maybe i shouldn't.

Torp 4 with no(obviously) torp spec? Looks like he wants to be a cruise Golem. Perfect Golem? I think not. Not terrable for a Lolem though with the cruise spec 4...

I can start you off with a bid for 3.5b.
There is sevral reasons why I go under 5b limit:
Drones: Very limited skills.
Engineering: Basics are not trained up to more than 4 at max.
- Engineering 4
Energy system op. 4
Energy managment 4
Shield upgrade 2!
Tactical shield 4!
This is very bad for a caldari specced pilot.
Mechanics has some missing.
Missils are decent, as pointed out earlier, torp is lvl 4 and some other skills has been pointed at.
Navigation are far below perfect.
I put in an offer for 3.5b as I said, I however reserve the right to cancle this offer if I spot a better character :)
I don't mean to be cruel when I list up these flaws, but when you say perfect marauder, and caldari, which depend on shield systems I feel it needs to be pointed at :)

Another point I saw when I read the post :D
You have good skills for probing within sience, BUT, and there is a big but here. Lvl 4 Cov. ops is NOT perfect. The leap from lvl 4-5 withing scanning is pretty huge :) It's good skills, but not perfect :D

Sorry for misleading, it seems many people thought same way. My "perfect" isnt so perfect for everyone it seems. So i edited entire post. No more "perfect". Changed them to ideal or good. Hope "good,ideal" won't hurt anyone.
