Hi,
This character is up for auction.
Highlights:
- HAC and RECON pilot (both skills @ 3)
- Minmatar cruiser and frig @ 5
- Great Navigation skills (Acceleration Control and Evassive Maneuvering @ 5)
- Can fit a t2 shield tank
- Can use t2 Autocannon Medium and Small guns
- 4.6M SP in gunnery
- Can use t2 warrior and hobgoblin drones
- Good learning skills (5/4)
Other Information:
- Full +4 Implant Set
- 1 jump clone, located in high sec
- No kill rights for or against
- Slightly negative sec status (-0.24), nothing to worry about though
- In a npc corp now and ready for transfer
- All CCP rules will be followed
Start and Reserve: 4 bil
Buyout: Make me an offer

I got a couple mails in game requesting to talk with me about a buy out. In the future, if you could post here as well so I know to get in game if I can, that would be helpful since this guy is an alt. Thanks.

High bid is 4 bil. The reserve is met so the character will sell. The auction will run for 7 days or until a buyout offer is accepted as stated in the OP.

Character Transferred. However it looks like CCP has added a 10 hour wait period. I still see the character on my account however I can't log him in and it says that the character is being transferred. I have done many character transfers and haven't seen this before, so I assume it is new with the new patch. I will keep you updated.

Thanks. I received a mail from CCP with the following contents. Seems you still need to do something later tonight:

We are currently processing this transfer. The character being transferred will remain on the sender's account, but will not be playable during this time. The sender will need to complete the transfer after 1:29 AM on 5/29/2010.
