I've heard second hand information that accoridng to the devs some offers made by agents are bugged and if you accept them it will be considered an exploit and your account will be banned.
Does anyone know if this is correct?
If it is, how are we supposed to know what is a bugged offer and what is a normal offer? I've had nothing but useless offers so far, but if I get a good one I'd like to take it.

It will be considered an exploit probably, but that is a GM issue. However the money will definately be found and deleted (if you have actually used it, you will be in bigger trouble). We're sorry about the inconvenience, someone made a static update to TQ but didn't update the code at the same time.
