Hi. Pretty much like the title says. Now, a little about me.
I've been playing off and on for about three years, and have done a little bit of everything, from hisec warfare, faction wars, and 0.0. I'm currently involved in FW with a corp I really like, but money and NPC standings (as well as sec status) are an issue, making this activity unsustainable. (in other words I'm broke, lulz.)
Hence, I'm looking for a corp in 0.0 that either holds space or has access to decent ratting/plexing grounds, or some other way for me to keep myself in ships without grinding standings up from negative. (NPC space is fine as long as it's quiet enough to do that while there's no gangs up.)
Regular PVP gangs are a must, though I am not hugely picky about what kind. I enjoy all kinds of fighting as long as it's not so laggy that the nodes are crashing, though my preference is small gang. (less than 50 people or so)
I can fly:
Inties, AFs, Bombers/Cov Ops probers, Hacs, Recons, Logistics, BC & t2 fit BS, most of those with near max skills. Am a few days off of training hictors. Am minmatar specced. I'm not hugely interested in training caps myself but am open to the idea and fairly close training wise (maybe a couple months).
I have an RL buddy who'll be coming with me that can fly similar and is currently training dread/carrier skills. He's gallente specced but can fly most races t2 cruisers, and command ships. He has about 40m sp. I think.
RL junk:
I'm 26 and live in US central TZ, but normally play very late night/early morning, 10pm-5am or about 8 hours before downtime. On my days off I'm usually around earlier. I have a mic, vent, ts, whatever, that's fine.

Hello Feyona, Eve Defence Force can offer you anomolies to make your money as well as support you in certain shps but don't consider us if you're looking for an easy ride because PvP is our primary focus and you'll be expected to participate in it daily. Whilst we have a focus on roaming ops we're not above rolling out our Carriers and Dreads and engaging in fleet warfare.

Here are some key things for you to know about us:
 0.0 Corp and Alliance with upgraded systems. 10/10 plexes, good rats and salvaging those dead T2 ships is always good ISK 
Daily PVP opportunities. Now some corps say they have this, we actually do. Have ops running constantly, some smaller some really large. Lag can be an issue but sometimes the large fleets are playable some are painful. Such is the state of our server.
Dedicated cyno routs for your buddy's new carrier to our key systems. This also means there is logistics support for you to get stuff moved around.

if you like the corp you're in, my advice would be to stick with it and get an alt for making ISK.
If that's not an option, we've got everything you've asked for in your post; we do unfortunately take part in node crashing lag fests, and they're unavoidable if you hold space. Luckily, they're not too common.
